El mundo del rock ha recordado a Chris Squire, fallecido el fin de semana a los 67 años de edad, víctima de leucemia.
A través de las redes sociales, gente como Gene Simmons y Paul Stanley de Kiss, Geddy Lee de Rush, Geezer Butler de Black Sabbath, Steve Lukather de Toto, Peter Frampton, John Wetton de Asia, Steve Hackett, Flea de Red Hot Chili Peppers, Brian May,Tom Morello y Joe Satriani manifestaron un último adiós al co-fundador de Yes.
El homenaje especial vino de parte de su ex compañero, Jon Anderson, quien a través de un comunicado, expresó lo siguiente: “Chris fue alguien muy especial en mi vida. Fuimos hermanos en la música. Me siento bendecido por haber creado junto a él una música aventurera y maravillosa. Agradezco de todo corazón el haber tenido la oportunidad de hacer este viaje junto a él”.
