El portal musical Loudwire publicó un listado con 15 discos death metal que este año han cumplido 25 años. Un número bastante especial, ya que aseguran que este género tuvo una época gloriosa entre 1989 y 1991, pero que en 1992 (año donde estos fueron lanzados) las cosas ya estaban algo fracturadas debido a los distintos subgéneros que fueron apareciendo.
