Arranca una nueva temporada de premios, que reconoce a lo mejor del cine, la televisión y el sreaming del último año. Son varios los eventos que viviremos durante el verano, pero como es costumbre, los encargados de iniciar todo fueron los Globos de Oro.
La pantalla grande entregó una variedad de películas durante el 2024; sin embargo, solo algunas conquistaron a la crítica, y ese por ejemplo es el caso de The Brutalist o Emilia Pérez, cintas que más triunfaron este pasado domingo 5 de enero en drama y comedia o musical respectivamente.
En cuanto a las series, Shogun y Hacks aparecieron como principales ganadoras, tal como lo hicieron en los Emmy de septiembre pasado. A su vez, Baby Reindeer le ganó el gallito a The Penguin, aun cuando Colin Farrell triunfó como mejor actor.
Si de estrellas se trata, nombres como Adrien Brody, Zoe Saldaña, Sebastian Stan y Demi Moore se llevaron estatuillas durante la ceremonia, encaminando así la campaña a los Oscar.
Los rostros televisivos no se quedaron atrás en los Globos de Oro, y ese fue el caso de Jeremy Allen White, que volvió a ganar por The Bear; Jessica Gunning, por Baby Reindeer; Jean Smart, por Hacks; o Jodie Foster, por True Detective: Night Country.
